Barbara Bristow, LCSW, Co-owner
 Barbara Bristow earned her Master’s in Social Work at Rutger’s University, and has been a professional in the field of aging since. 1978. She has developed rehabilitation and treatment programs and case management services for older persons both in community and institutional settings, and served as administrator at the Hagedorn Center for Geriatrics. Barbara has completed post graduate course work in Gerontology, has conducted conference workshops and is a collaborating author of the book, Recapturing Competence: From Custodial Care to Rehabilitation and Treatment. Barbara is a member of the Board of Directors of The Central New Jersey Alzheimer’s Association and a past board member of The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.

Janice S. McCurdy, LCSW, Co-owner
 Janice S. McCurdy, a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, has been a clinician for geriatric patients since 1976. She has served as the Director of Social Work at several New Jersey facilities providing long-term care. Most recently, Janice was the Director of Social work at the Hagedorn Center for Geriatrics. She is a certified Gerontologist and graduate of Syracuse University Graduate School of Social work. Janice is a registered guardian wih the National Guardianship Foundation, past president of the New Jersey chapter of Geriatric Care Managers and past Vice President of the Central New Jersey Alzheimer’s Association.
